This EB welder has two identical electron guns.
Four filament cups come with it (two for each gun).
One vertical and one horizontal attached to the same chamber.
They cannot be operated at the same time.
One high voltage tank for both guns.
Each gun has a digital camera. Each gun has a film cartridge.
The chamber is vertically oriented with dimensions of 39 X 18 X 18 inches.
The vertical gun has a computerized movement of 4”.
The horizontal gun has a computerized movement of 8”.
The door moves horizontal to open (manually).
The chamber has a stationary vertical rotary table.
The table is rolled out of the chamber to load parts.
The machine was installed brand new in 2021.
Machine has approximately 2000 welding hours on it.

The water/glycol chiller is used to cool the diffusion vacuum pump for the chamber and the molecular vacuum pumps for the guns and the cathode of the each gun.
